Questions

Do they arrive frozen?

No. They arrive dry and flat, which is why they’re cheap to send and easy to store. Soak them in cold water until the cells fill, then freeze them flat.

Can I cut them to size?

Tear along the perforation down the middle to get two 6-cell halves. Don’t cut through a cell: that opens it and lets the gel out.

What are they made of?

A PE/PET film outside, a non-woven fabric layer, and a water-absorbing gel (sodium polyacrylate, SAP) inside each cell.

Can you print our logo on them?

Yes, for larger orders. Custom printing starts at 20,000 sheets. Send us a quote request with your artwork.
